If the item is defective looking or damaged in postage, please notify us immediately. If looking to exchange, you will be required to take 3 photographs of the item and send by email, and organise postage back to us.
From date of purchase, warranty is 30 days (includes the up to 7 day postage) and only includes defective or damaged in post goods. We do not cover for items broken by collision in match play. Compensation is like for like exchange or same value item exchange in the case of the same item not being available.
We aim for repeat customers, and will respond to all enquiries, and thoroughly inspect and securely pack items bought in an effort not to let the customer down.
